Design
Design
- A design is created digitally.
- The design is printed onto a film with all black ink. A separate film is printed for each color ink that will be printed onto the apparel.

Prepare Screens
Prepare Screens
- A mesh screen is coated in emulsion (and dried in a dark cabinet).
- The art film for each color is exposed onto screens, with one for each color of the design.
- The screen is power-washed to remove the emulsion where the design was burned, then dried with a fan.

Print Prep
Print Prep
- The exposed screens are clamped onto our manual printing press & registration (alignment) is set.
- Ink is spread onto each screen and a squeegee assigned for each screen.
- A shirt platen is coated in adhesive and dried until it is tacky.

Print & Cure
Print & Cure
- A garment is placed on the press & aligned. Using a squeegee, a printer will push the ink through the mesh and onto the garment.
- The shirt is then cured with a conveyer dryer.
- Cured shirts are quality checked, counted, folded, and boxed up
