Meister Made Shipping Policy

Timelines

Because our items are handmade and often made-to-order, please allow up to two weeks for us to create and prepare your order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping Carriers

Most shipments are sent through USPS. We also offer shipping through FedEx and UPS, typically used just for large orders or expedited shipping. Tracking Numbers are always generated and added to orders. 

Local customers may select Local Pickup. A notification will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. The Buyer must respond to the notification to arrange pickup. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the weight of each product, its destination, and shipping ETA.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

All items are individually handmade and securely packaged prior to shipment. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package rests with the carrier. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify me via email within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the product and the original packaging. You must also file a claim with the shipping carrier, and provide the case number to me. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Each case will be evaluated individually, and while exact replacements cannot be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of the items, I will make every reasonable effort to provide a fair resolution.

Meister Made is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Documentation and tracking details will be provided when available to assist with the claims process. Replacement orders will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

If you include the wrong shipping address in your order, please email within 24 hours of placing your order to request an address change. Meister Made will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
